Inspired by the name of the Garmin, we asked Henrik Hamm, a German triathlete how he deals with pressure of sport and how he prepares. He explained that there is two battles and each are fought at the same time. There is the physical as you compete with other and and the mental as you compete with yourself. He went on to explain that all the training helps to silence that inner battle as instinct takes over and you just have to push yourself. This is was the through line that we created this concept from.
