Hi, We Are Kiff Productions!

It all began...

In South Africa, when we (Delano & Ricardo) met in film school. While that wasn't the official start of Kiff Productions it was the moment we became friends and found ourselves, working on all kinds of projects together. Fast-forward years laters and countless projects worked on together, we decided to create this company, Kiff Productions

So, why the name? Well Kiff is South African slang for cool and It serves as an homage to the place we met. It also symbolizes the feeling of it being "Kiff" to pick up a camera and bring a story to life that we both share.

Kiff Productions was created out of a shared vision: We wanted to entertain people. Our mission is to focus on creating top-notch media that is out-of-this world awesome and have fun doing so!

Camera Obsessed CEO

I couldn't imagine doing anything else besides using my camera to create and entertain people. It's what drives me to get out of bed because i believe that media and storytelling together have a superpower, which is the ability to connect with people emotionally and plant a seed in their minds - whether by entertaining, educating, or inspiring - ultimately helping them become who they want to be. That's how it has affected me. This is why, aside from being passionate about cinematography, I also strive to continuously improve and push myself to be the best. I went to film school to further learn about my craft, have attended various workshops, and always seek advice from others in my field. In order to be able to create better stories and media, it's what I love. That, and pizza.

Delano Borrageiro

Post-Production Guru

I'm totally obsessed with all things creative and entertaining, and nothing gets me more excited than bringing an idea to life and having an impact on the audience! That's why l've spent the last four years immersing myself in the motion picture medium and pushing myself to constantly learn and grow, in order to keep creating better stories. Great storytelling has the power to inspire, educate, and entertain, which is so important to me. That's why I love the post-production process, where you bring all the raw elements of the production together and fine-tune them to tell the desired story in the most impactful way. I especially love the color-grading phase, which is where you give the media you create its style and character.

Producing Alchemist

My vision in life is to bring people together to create great things. It's why I have been drawn to video production, each new project is a new challenge in which we can tackle it head on and bring something epic to life. It also happens that it allows me to focus on me deep passion for communication and how to maximize output through organization! I am passionate about it because I believe transparency and open communication are key to success. So I strive to bring that into each project I produce. Not only do I feel it benefits the team but it also helps to ensure clients don't feel left in the dark and confused on whats going on.
